The tale of Chang Er has long been the prevailing tale for the mooncake festive.
Hence, we decided to write an extension of that tale, a modern day folklore in
the design of our print.

We incorporated the fabled bird of China, the Chinese Crane—a symbol of
noble character that represents luck and longevity.

The Mid Autumn Festival celebrates the gathering and reunion of family
members and thanksgiving. This is represented by the tale of the Crane fetching
Chang Er a flower from her hometown to quell her nostalgia of family and home.
