Purchasing Terms

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide via DHL Express and Fedex International. International expedited shipping will take 2-5 working days. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Expected delivery date are approximately 3-5 working days and up to 10 working days for overseas delivery. We aim to have the parcel delivered in no time and would sometimes be affected by unexpected conditions such as shipping restrictions,
  • You may track for delivery via Fed Ex here and delivery via DHL Express here.
  • Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
  • We ship to all countries except Israel & Nigeria.

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT

  • Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for purchases above RM 100.00
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Pos Laju and DHL is 2 - 3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Pos Laju and DHL is 5 - 10 working days.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

CUSTOM MADE SHOES ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Please note that for all handmade custom made items, delivery period is 4 - 6 weeks from fabrication till order receipt.
  • We do not allow refunds / exchanges for custom made items.
  • We are only able to customize shoes base on existing shoe designs and shoe lasts which we have in possession.
  • For customization of designs which are not from our existing catalog, there will be design differences due to technical reasons & tools used for manufacturing. We are unable to replicate external designs 100% and in the event which the customer insist on fabricating their own design, this implies that the customer fully understands that the shoe fabricated will not be 100% identical from design proposed.
  • All sales are FINAL. No refunds will be entertained.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties varies from country to country.

EXCHANGE

  • We accept exchanges within 30 working days for all orders.
  • Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer's defect.
  • Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of ChristyNg.com reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  • We do not accept exchanges for face masks, custom made/personalized items/sales/clearance item.
  • Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained

  • We do not accept returns / exchanges of online purchases at any of our retail outlets. All returns are strictly to be made at HQ only.

Upon returning your item to us, please email enquiries@christyng.com with the following information:-

  • 1) Your Name ( As per invoice )
  • 2) Invoice Number / Order ID
  • 3) Reason for return
  • 4) Tracking number
  • We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.
  • The management of Christy Ng Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.
  • We do not accept refunds for items which are on clearance or sale.

REFUND

  • Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect with the condition if request were made within 30 working days all international orders.
  • We will only issue you a refund via GIFT CARD
  • Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the shoes.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of ChristyNg.com reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  • Please take noted that ALL face masks, clearance or sales items are non refundable.
